Booking & Fulfilment Policy

At Tiket Vacay, we aim to make your ticket booking experience smooth and hassle-free. This policy outlines how bookings work and how your tickets are delivered.



1. ✅ General Booking Terms


  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once full payment is made and you receive an e-ticket or confirmation email.
  • Please ensure your contact details (especially email) are accurate when booking.



2. 📅 Ticket Types & Validity


  • Open Date Tickets: Valid within a stated period (e.g. 3 months). You can visit on any operating day within that period.
  • Fixed Date Tickets: Only valid on the specific date you selected. Changes may not be allowed unless stated otherwise.



3. 🎟️ E-Ticket Delivery


  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive:
  • An Order Confirmation Email (usually within minutes)
  • Your e-ticket via email (or WhatsApp if applicable)
  • Most tickets are delivered instantly or within 15 minutes. Some may take up to 24 hours if manual confirmation is needed.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the ticket in your inbox.



4. 📱 How to Use Your Ticket


  • Present your e-ticket (QR code or barcode) at the venue – printed or on mobile.
  • Some attractions may require identity verification (e.g. MyKad or passport).
  • Please check the attraction’s terms for entry rules, including age, height, or dress requirements.



5. 🕒 Missed Entry or No-Show


  • If you arrive late, miss your entry time, or don’t show up, the ticket is considered used and is non-refundable.
  • Expired tickets (especially for open date products) will not be reissued or refunded.



6. 🔄 Amendments & Changes


  • Some tickets may allow date or detail changes, depending on the provider's rules.
  • Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance if you need to amend your booking.
  • All changes are subject to availability and provider approval.



7. ❗ If You Don’t Receive Your Ticket


  • If your e-ticket hasn’t arrived within the expected time:
  • First, check your spam folder
  • Then contact us at cs@tiketvacay.com
  • If the wrong email was entered during booking, we can assist in resending once verified.



8. 🧭 Attraction Operations & Changes


  • Tiket Vacay acts as a booking platform on behalf of our attraction partners.
  • While we do our best to ensure information is accurate, final schedules, operating hours, and availability may change based on the provider.
  • If any attraction is closed due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen events, we will assist you according to the provider’s policy.
